It's probably going to end up at least somewhat similar to that, yeah.

I'm curious how this will be dark comedy (on purpose, as opposed to Inyouchuu becoming ridiculous in the excess of morbidity and filth that is depicted), but perhaps some things will have to wait to be revealed when the story is posted.

If I had to take a guess, I'm assuming that they'll be spitroasted all the way through on a single giant tentacle together. Maybe the comedy could come from someone describing what they're going to do with them, and then deciding which of the ways they could be arranged

Well, not sure if dark comedy is necessarily the correct term, but I will say it's less graphic than that. A spoilery example moment from my notes on the upcoming scene:

Aubrey: "Um... whaddya mean, 'cliche'? What the heck have you been watching in the afterlife!?"

Aubrey: "Mari, as much as I love you and want to respect your reverence, if I hear you say 'my hips are moving on their own' then I'm going to smack you!"
Mari: "Oh? And where did you learn THAT phrase, Aubrey!?"

Edit 8/6/26: Honestly, I think this exchange is going to hit the cutting room floor. Might be a little too silly for how dark that scene is shaping up to be.

All right, I wanna play with the quote features to share you a scene of the Black Cats vs Sweetheart formatted a bit more like the game than a fanfic. Those who aren't familiar with OMORI may not necessarily get these jokes, but I am kinda loving how this bit is going.

From Chapter 15: Mikoto Rolls For Initiative

The Black Cats whirled around to face a tan young woman with flowing pink hair and a lavishly-decorated gown. She glared at them with a scowl, a wand clenched in her hand resembling that of a magical girl.

Under her throat, she cleared her breath and added a quiet thought.

Keep in mind, this is the anthropomorphized doughnut in question... this art piece was drawn by artist ToastyToast, but the appearance of Sweetheart and Perfectheart in this lingerie is an official depiction that was actually on the body pillow that OMOCAT was selling on the official web shop for a limited time.

Normal human size too. The fic jokes that Nightmare won't bang a donut, but uhh... let's be honest, pretty much any Inyouchuu monster would have a field day with either of these two girls.

I did know about Sweetheart being a cute haughty princess. I did not know about the literal donut hole in her belly, which to me would be the actual obstacle in a dream world to getting knocked up. Poor girl, can't ever experience getting a blown up like a beach ball by feisty demons.

But yeah, the youma would definitely have a field day with those either of those girls regardless (although I know Perfectheart is the obligatory jrpg superboss, so the tentacles might realize they're not the dominant ones in that sexual encounter).
